During my stay at Genteel Home Galera, I absolutely loved the layout of the apartment. It had a unique charm with three floors and a rooftop terrace. The two bathrooms were a major convenience, and the kitchen was well furnished with a small bar area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Additionally, the location was quite convenient, with parking available nearby.

One issue I encountered was that the AC in one of the rooms on the second floor wasn't working, which made it difficult to sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness could have been better, as there was debris under the sofa on the third floor.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to major sights and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The support staff was helpful when we had an issue with the WiFi, providing advice and even issuing a replacement when needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just off the Main Street, close to local bars and restaurants, and a short walk to the cathedral. The roof terrace, though small, provided a great spot for morning coffee. we would definitely return to this perfect place.
